Vi Cunningham, of Minerva, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bowerston to the late John and Blanche (Ritchie) Nign. She retired from TRW in Minerva after 30 years of service.
Vi is survived by her husband, Warren Ray Cunningham; 2 sons, Jerry (Susan) Hawk of Malvern and William (Susan) Hawk Jr. of Alliance; 3 daughters, Judy (James) Gram of Minerva, Sheri (Rick) Armes of Minerva and Karen Pinion of Canton; brother, Ed (Vickie) Nign of Carrollton; sister, June Curtis of Uhrichsville; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by 2 sisters, Lucille Nign and Agnes Guy; and 4 brothers, Charles, Francis, Pete and Clyde Nign.
Her greatest joys were her children, grandchildren and her vacation home in Florida.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held in her honor Sunday at 2:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Scott Williams officiating.
