age 82 of Minerva died Sunday April 17, 2011 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born May 7, 1928 in Clearfield Co., PA to Melvin and Ella (Fomich) Jays. She was a housewife and former member of the New Franklin United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert G. Geiselman whom she married Aug. 13, 1949, a daughter; Kathryn (Michael) Peddicord of Minerva, two sons; Roger (Deb) Geiselman of Canton and Robert J. (Donna) Geiselman of Minerva, a sister; Pat Haswell of Canton, nine grandchildren; Jennifer, Roger, Jeremy, Christine, Heather, Bobby, Shannon, Stacey and Tamara and 13 great grandchildren; Robby, B.J., Jordan, Adelie, Aubrey, Alissa, Qwintyn, Eli, Ayden, Taylor, Alexis, Mackenzie and Sophia. She is preceded in death by three sisters; Mary Long, Edna Ubanik and Donna Geiselman, three brothers; William, Melvin, and David Jays.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be held Friday at 11:00 am in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery with Mr. Ralph Norman officiating.
