Ty A. Truxall
Age 45, of Malvern, died Thursday, May 26, 2016 in the Mercy Medical Center following an extended illness. He was born Feb. 22, 1971 in Canton. He graduated from Minerva High School in 1989.
He is survived by his mother, Shelby (Hawkins) (Truxall) Baxter, brother, Jeff (Launa) Truxall of Minerva, sister, Carla (Gary) McCourry of Minerva, nephew, Josh (Heidi) Truxall, nieces, Lauren (Nate) Rodgers, Katie Truxall, Rachel McCourry and great niece, Laynee Rodgers. He is preceded in death by his father, William "Bill" Truxall and a brother, Lynn Truxall.
Following cremation, a graveside service will be held at Bethlehem cemetery June 11th at 10 a.m.
