Tracey A. Bell

Age 63, of East Rochester, passed away, Monday, May 11, 2026, in the Minerva Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Oct. 18, 1962, in Alliance to the late Woodrow “Butch” and Brenda (Kellogg) Dean. She spent many years as a bartender for the Minerva VFW and Minerva Eagles.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Kevin Bell whom she married Feb. 16, 2001; 2 daughters, Ashlee Forrester of Canton, Amber Johns of Sugarcreek; son, Jamie Grogg of California; stepson, Chad Bell of Minerva; 3 sisters, Sue Stuchell of IN, Jolynn George of Alliance, Casey Miller of Alliance; brother, Tyson Dean of Minerva; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and 3 granddaughters.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Charles Baldwin officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery.
