Tiffany M. Bandy, Age 29, of Minerva, died Monday, January 4, 2016 in Mercy Medical Center. She was born Nov. 9, 1986 in Alliance. She was a former employee of Summitville Tile in Minerva, a member of the New Vine Baptist Church in Malvern and had attended Malvern High School.

She is survived by her parents, Glenda (Ackerman) Hudson and Daniel Ackerman, 2 sons, Tavin Daniel Knipl and Jaiden Raye Koontz, brothers and sisters, Kelly Ackerman of Minerva, Kasie Wilks of Minerva, Jason (Cristina) Ackerman of Carrollton and Jessica Bandy and family of Canton, 3 nephews, Tyler, Logan and Jacob, 3 nieces, Maci, Brittany and Kaileen and several cousins, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by grandparents, Rhoda and Albert Arkenburgh and brother, Daniel Ackerman.

Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Steve Gilreath officiating. Burial will be in Quaker Ridge Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday 4-8 pm in the funeral home and one hour prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
