Thomas K. Miller

Age 68, of Minerva, died Thursday, June 30, 2022 from injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born Oct. 6, 1953 in Santa Barbara, CA to Harriet A. (Kiehl) (Miller) Jones of East Rochester and the late Robert B. Miller. He was master of motorcycle repair and had worked for several motorcycle shops including Canton Cycle and himself for many years.  He had also worked for United Rolls Inc. in Canton. He graduated from Minerva High School in 1972 and was a member of the Marching and Symphonic Band and is a US Air Force Veteran.

Tom was a kind and gentle soul who never met a stranger.  Tom was a master mechanic on old school Harley Davidsons.  Tom's love of riding was immeasurable and he loved to ride his 1960 Panhead. He loved live music and concerts and his family and friends deeply and will be missed by many.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Kristina (McAtee) (Hudy) Miller whom he married May 19, 2016, 2 daughters, Meghan Murphy of Hanoverton, Angela Gairo of Carrollton, a son Kevin of FL, 2 stepsons, Johnny (Charlie) Hudy of Cleveland, Steven Hudy of Brewster, 2 brothers, John (Wendy) Miller of Mississippi, Tim (Evelyn) Miller of East Rochester and 7 grandchildren, Dexter, Willow, Rowan, Michael, Tessa, Frank and Ian. He is preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Anderson.

A memorial service will be held Friday at 7:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home with Rev, Lee Iden officiating.  Calling hours will be 2 hours prior to services from 5-7 pm at the funeral home. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
