H. Thomas Duffy

Age 79, of Minerva, died Wednesday, July 15, 2020 in Mercy Medical Center. He was born Sept. 29, 1940 in Massillon to Donald and Helen (Cline) Duffy. He had worked for Republic Steel, had owned and operated Tom Duffy Trucking and drove bus for the Minerva, Malvern and Carrollton School Districts. He is a US Army Veteran having served in Germany and is a member of the Malvern First Christian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Cora (Harsh) Duffy; daughter, Caren Duffy of Minerva; 2 sisters, Janet Leach of Cambridge, Wanda Duffy of TX; brother, Bruce Duffy of Amsterdam; 3 grandchildren, Christin, Savanna and Devin; and a great grandson, Jeremiah. He is preceded in death by a son, Thomas Duffy; sister, Barbara Moyer; and 5 brothers, Dave, Dale, Blaine, Dean and Donald Duffy.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be held Thursday, July 23 ^rd at 1:00 pm in Liberty Cemetery with Mr. Mark Black officiating.
