Susan L. Graber

Age 81, of Amsterdam, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025 in her home surrounded by her family.  She was born Oct. 25, 1943 in Massillon to Ralph and Rose (Brittian) Indorf.  She worked several jobs over the years including Perry Rubber and Flex Team in Canton and was the owner and operator of Graber's Restaurant in Minerva and Carrollton and New Traditions Restaurant in Minerva with her husband. She graduated from Perry High School in 1961.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Charles L. Graber whom she married May 23, 1964, 4 daughters; Beverly Geiselman of Alliance, Cynthia (Larry) Conrad of Grove City, Christina Graber of Jacksonville, FL, Amy (Eric) Eoff of Waynesburg, a sister, Shirley Matusik of Massillon, 7 grandchildren; Daniel Geiselman, Joshua Carrick, Kaylee (Marco) Reaǹos, Xavier, Rebecca, Isaac and Sebastian Conrad, 8 great grandchildren; Robert Beckley, D.J., Charles, Messiah and Jazlynn Geiselman, Kenzo, Knoxlee and Kenji Reaǹos.  She is preceded in death by 4 sisters, Francis Brady, Ellen Merryman, Ruthie Indorf, Anna Pyle and a grandson, Bryan Geiselman.

Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Chaplain Dale Gruver officiating.  Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Canton.
