Steven K. Jute

Age 59, of Minerva passed away Monday, February 16, 2026. He was born Oct. 15, 1966 in Glendale, AZ to the late David Jute and Dawn (Clark) (Jute) Allison. He works for MK Morris in Canton and had also worked for Colfor and Framco in Minerva. He graduated from Minerva High School and the R. G. Drage Career Center as an auto body technician in 1985. He loved the simple pleasures in life, like hunting for shark teeth or riding four wheeler’s, and going to Mines & Meadows, fishing with his grandchildren and spending time with family.

He is survived by his son, Anthony (Samantha) Jute of Massillon, 2 daughters, Gina (Zack) Passmore of Minerva, Joi Allison (Josh Goebeler) of Malvern, sister, Carrie (James) Schwarten of Salem, 2 brothers, David Jute of Canton, Josef Jute of Canton, stepfather, Floyd Allison of SC, grandchildren, Anthony II, Samuel Floyd, Dominic, Autumn, Hunter, Ryker and Addilyn. He is preceded in death by his loving companion, Dollie Allison.
