Steven L. Butterworth

Age 64, of Alliance, died Friday, Aug. 27, 2021 in Aultman Hospital. He was born Nov. 3, 1956 in Alliance to Donald and Ada (Greathouse) Butterworth of East Rochester.  He works for Wallace Forge Co. in Canton where he has worked for 39 years.  He graduated from Minerva High School in 1975 and is a proud US Army Veteran.  He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren and was a lifelong fan of the Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns.

In addition to his parents of Alliance, he is survived by his wife of 28 years, Debora (Madison) Butterworth whom he married April 1, 1992, 4 children, Steven Butterworth of Louisville, Jennifer (Jason) Cagle of Gold Hill, NC, Kristen Huff of Alliance, Tara Burns of Alliance, 2 sisters, Launa (Jeff) Truxall of East Rochester, Holly Mikes of East Rochester, mother-in-law, Marlene Madison, 4 grandchildren, Emma and Ava Huff, Colton and Madison Cagle.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
