Stephen J. Marmo, Age 81, of Malvern, died Wed., April 20, 2016 in St. Joseph's Care Center in Louisville. He was born March 8, 1935 in Malvern to Joseph and Mary (Trusina) Marmo. He worked for 30 years as a supervisor for Superior Dairy. He is a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Malvern where he was a member of the Men's Club and the Tuesday Crew. He is also a 1953 graduate of Malvern High School.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Marilyn (Leyda) Marmo whom he married Jan. 30, 1960; daughter, Lori A. Marmo of Malvern; son, Stephen (Jill) Marmo II of Carrollton; brother, Michael (Lois) Marmo of Ravenna; 2 grandchildren, Chayse and Lauren Marmo. He is preceded in death by 2 sisters, Mary Grosschmidt and Teresa Snee.

A Mass of the Christian Burial will be Monday at 11:00 am in the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Malvern with Fr. Victor Cinson as celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Calling hours will be held one hour prior to services at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Francis Catholic Church Building Fund for construction of the new social hall.
