Stacey (Kirven) Deem

Age 50, of Beloit, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018 in the Ohio State Medical Center after struggling with cancer. She was born July 23, 1967 in Massillon to the late Jerry and Hazel (Willison) Kirven. She graduated from West Branch High School. She was a homemaker and had worked in catering and as a waitress.

She is survived by her partner of 11 years, Ted Cranston, daughter, Alexandria Overholser of Beloit, son, Michael (Sydney Householder) Overholser of Washington, D.C., 2 sisters, Lourie (George) Hantz of Angola, IN, Lisa (Ron) Linehan of Lancaster, 2 brothers, Larry (Ruth) Mangus of East Rochester, Wayne Mangus of East Rochester, granddaughter, Annabella Overholser of Beloit and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by a sister, Frankie Kirven and a brother, Jerry Kirven.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 2:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva. Burial will be in Union Cemetery at a later date. Calling hours will be Sat. 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
