Sandra F. Stanford, age 66, of Canton, died Monday, October 24, 2016 in McCrea Manor Nursing Home. She was born November 2, 1949 in Nashville, TN to Jim and Juanita (Gillam) Dever. She worked as a waitress at Napoli's in Canton and enjoyed cooking and caring for her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert who died December 7, 2006 and a sister, Cathy Walquist.

She is survived by 2 sons, Robert (Bendina) Stanford of East Canton, Michael Stanford of Canton; 2 sisters, Gail (George) O'Donnell of Indiana, Barb (Howie) Parsons of Orville; a brother, Jim (Vi) Dever of Wooster; and 2 granddaughters, Moriah and Aubrey; her mother-in-law, Doralee Yockey of Wooster and many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Matt Smith and Derek Oesch officiating. Burial will be in Bigelow Cemetery near Big Prairie, Ohio. Calling hours will be Friday 6-8 pm and one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
