Sandra "Seamore" Smith
Age 66 of Malvern died Sunday Nov. 25, 2012 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born June 8, 1946 in Canton to Bertha (Nape) Gotschall of Carrollton and the late Lester Gotschall. She was a loving mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was a member of the Carrollton Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), graduated from National Beauty School in Canton and is a member of the Tire Town 4-Wheel Drive Club in Akron. She loved camping, riding motorcycles, ATV's and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Thomas Smith whom she married Dec. 18, 1965, two sons, Timothy (Leslie) Smith of Malvern and Shawn Smith of Malvern, two sisters, Patty (Wayne) Brammer of Carrollton and Carol (Bill) Dorsey of NC, 4 grandchildren, Peyton, Brock, Gage and Baylee Smith.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Mike Doak officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday 5-8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carrollton Church of Christ.
