Ruth M. Betz
Age 98, of Minerva, died Friday, April 10, 2015 in St. Lukes Lutheran Community in Minerva. She was born June 6, 1916 in Akron to Henry and Lena (Amstutz) Gustavel. She was a housewife and retired from TRW in Minerva where she had worked for 19 years. She is a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minerva.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Betz who died in 2007, daughter, Erma Kincade, son-in-law, Robert Dobson, 2 infant sons, sister, Joan Spano and a brother, Kenneth Gustavel. She is survived by 2 daughters; Donna (Thomas Ossler) Dobson of Longwood, FL and Carol (Lou) Vogus of Minerva, 2 sons; Ronald (Marsha) Betz of Carrollton and Samuel (Louise) Betz of Little River, SC, 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am in St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minerva with Rev. Stephen Woyen officiating. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery.
