Roy Kenneth "Kenny" Toalston, 74, of Kensington, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, July 20, 2026. Born on May 4, 1952, in Salem, Ohio, Kenny was the son of John and the late Evelyn (Cain) Toalston.

Kenny spent more than 30 years as a car salesman with Loudon Motors, a career that suited him perfectly. He never met a stranger and genuinely enjoyed helping people find the right vehicle. His love of automobiles extended far beyond work. Whether it was classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, motorcycles, or anything that could go fast, Kenny's enthusiasm was unmistakable. He enjoyed talking about cars as much as driving them, and his knowledge and excitement were contagious to everyone around him.

Above all else, Kenny was a devoted family man. He shared 50 loving years with his beloved wife, June Ann Toalston, who preceded him in death. Their love and partnership were the foundation of countless cherished memories.

Kenny is survived by his son, John-John (Chris) Toalston of Florida; his father, John Toalston of Minerva; his sister, Kathy Loudon of Canton; his brothers, Larry (Linda) Toalston of Canton and Carl (Abby) Toalston of Minerva; his nieces, Kallie and Karli; and his nephews, Blaine, Justin, Eric Toalston, and Brett Snyder. They will forever treasure his love, guidance, and the many memories they shared together.

Kenny will be remembered for his warm smile, friendly personality, quick sense of humor, and generous heart. He had a way of making people feel welcome, whether they were lifelong friends or someone he had just met. His appreciation for life's simple pleasures left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Although he will be deeply missed, Kenny's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Every rumble of a powerful engine, every classic car on the road, and every drive taken for the pure joy of it will serve as a reminder of the remarkable man who found happiness in the journey.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with John Brown officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery.
