Rose A. Barbato

Age 56, of Massillon, died Sat., Dec. 9, 2017 in Aultman's Compassionate Care. She was born Nov. 27, 1961 in Canton to the late Leo Napoli and Betty (Schumacher) Swogger. She graduated from Timken High School and had worked as a restaurant manager and for Mr. Mike's Catering.

She is survived by her fiancé, Terry Suter of Massillon, 3 daughters, Amy (Joseph) Heffelbower of Louisville, Chelsea (Dan) Courter of East Canton, Courtney Suter of Massillon, 2 sons, Stephen (Stephanie) Napoli of Louisville, Matthew Barbato of Louisville, 2 sisters, Eshter (Samuel) Teets of Massillon, Sudan Napoli of Elyria, brother, Leo (Marilyn) Napoli of Parma, 10 grandchildren; Joseph Jr., Caleb, Robert, Aydin, Joey, Mark, Rydin, Evelyn, Karrigan, Natalya and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by 2 sisters, Florence Blackburn and Betty Roach.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Dan King officiating. Burial will be in the Beech Mennonite Church Cemetery.  Calling hours will be Wednesday 5-7 pm at the funeral home. The family would like to thank Aultman Hospice, the staff of Compassionate Care and her social worker Nicole for all of their wonderful care. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
