Ronald L. Brunner, age 81, of Alliance, died Friday, Nov. 7, 2014 in Alliance Community Care Center. He was born Jan. 1, 1933 in Alliance to John and Vennie (Campbell) Brunner. He and his wife, Alice are retired owner/operators of Brunner Dale Farms and Brunner's Farm Market and Greenhouse. He is a member of the Bethel United Church, a 60 year member of the Mile Branch Grange. After 50 years of Dairy Farming and green housing, he enjoyed camping, fishing and was an avid ATV enthusiast. The most treasured time of his retirement was enjoying his 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Alice (Brown) Brunner whom he married July 9, 1961; 6 children, Cindy (Paul) Rozich of Alliance, Sue (Steve) Neiswonger of Louisville, Vince (Sherry) Brunner of Alliance, Venna Carr, Sara (Keith) Lanham of Alliance and Troy Brunner of Alliance; sister, Eglantine Fergason; 12 grandchildren, Trent Allen Rozich, Dirk Allen Rozich, Melissa Sue Thompson, Jared Mark Gammon, Stacey Nicole Leary, Olivia Ann Brunner, Claire Leanne Brunner, Brittany Ann Aguirre, Kelsey Ann Carr, McKennan David Carr, Asha Ann Lanham and Walker Lee Lanham; and 14 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a sister, Loretta Bilcze and 2 brothers, Kenneth and Vincent Oyster.
