Ricky A. Phillips

Age 66, of Waynesburg, died Friday Dec. 15, 2017 in Aultman's Compassionate Care. He was born Sept. 29, 1951 in Charleston, WV to the late Kemp and Joann (Woods) Phillips. He retired from Republic Steel in Canton at 45 years of service.  He had been in the Air National Guard and the Army National Guard and is a member of the Malvern American Legion Post #375.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy (Carte) Phillips whom he married July 9, 1974, daughter, Tammy Agee of Charleston, WV, 3 sons, Tim Phillips of Carrollton, Todd (Elizabeth) Phillips of Carrollton, Terry Phillips of Waynesburg, 4 sisters and a brother, Betty (Jimmy) Fisher, Carolyn Nichols, Marilyn Newhouse, Judy (Deceased) (Harry) Caldwell of Kenova, WV, Kemp (Sue) Phillips Jr. all of Charleston, WV, 4 grandchildren, Mason Agee, Tristan, Dylan and Tyler Phillips.

There are no formal services. The family would like to thank everyone for the special night they all had at the Malvern American Legion where Ricky could be with all of his family and friends.  It was a very memorable evening.
