Regina A. Smith

Age 73, of Malvern, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025 in the Aultman Compassionate Care Center. She was born March 12, 1952 in Canton to John and Emma (Chlovechok) Castner.  She graduated from Central Catholic High School and was a homemaker that loved all animals and was a member of Carroll County APL.  She enjoyed cooking, hosting family for the holidays (especially Christmas) and feed\watching the wildlife around her home, especially birds.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Richard Smith whom she married May 12, 1973, son, Steven Smith of Parma, 2 brothers, John (Susan) Castner of Hermitage, TN, James Castner of Mundelein, IL, 2 sisters-in-law and 2 brothers-in-law, Sheri Mingus of Malvern, Cindy Clark of Malvern, Kenneth Smith of Carrollton and Jeffrey Smith of Cuyahoga Falls.
