Reed M. Koehn
Age 64, of Minerva, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born Dec. 22, 1951 in McPherson, KS to Hennie (Halings) Koehn of Moundridge, KS and the late Howard Koehn. He was the shipping manager for Shaum Chair Shop in Columbiana and a member of the Church of God in Christ Mennonite in Homeworth.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 43 years, Teresa (Schmidt) Koehn whom he married May 5, 1972, 5 daughters, Robin Koehn of Minerva, Glenda (Robert) Giesbrecht of Detroit, TX, Katie (Kevin) Stoltzfus of Alliance, Becky (Efrain) Romero of Detroit, TX, Mei Koehn of Minerva, 2 sons, Owen Koehn of Minerva and Sam Koehn of Alliance, brother, Steve (Colleen) Koehn of Euless, TX, 9 grandchildren, Jaden, Jordan, Nicholas, Kolton, Molly, Ariahna, Lara, Haily and Gina.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:15 am in the Church of God in Christ Mennonite near Homeworth with Gary Miller officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday 6-8 pm at the church.
