Rebecca (Becky) Wise

Age 66 of Minerva passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026. She was born on April 2, 1960 to the late Robert and Alberta (Rumbold) Morris.

Becky worked for the Arbors of Minerva for 38 years. She graduated from Minerva High School in 1978. Becky enjoyed spending time with her family, tending to her many beautiful flower gardens, and she had a fierce love for cats.

Becky is preceded in death by her brother, Frederick Morris; her sister-in-law Rose Morris, and her sister-in-law Connie Morris. She is survived by her daughter, Sara Wise of Vero Beach, FL; her brothers Robert (Grace) Morris of Stafford, VA and Ronald (Lorraine) Morris of Louisville, OH; her sisters Jacky (Gary) Freshour of Canton and Mellissa (Gary) Shirley of Tampa, FL; and her two faithful cats.

Becky was a wonderful, kind person and she will be dearly missed.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 12-4pm at the Minerva Senior Center Community Room, 1200 Valley Street, Minerva, OH 44657.
