Raymond C. Walter
Age 45 of Canton died Sat. Dec. 22, 2012 in his home following a short illness. He was born Jan. 31, 1967 in Canton. He graduated from Glenoak High School and worked for GE on the loading dock.
He is survived by his mother, Georgia (Hoop) Walter with whom he resided, father, Clarence W. Walter of Malvern, sister, Angela (Michael) Young of Waynesburg, brother, Paul (Alice) Brown of Canton; best friend, John Karantanes of N. Canton; aunts and uncles, Ingrid (Butch) Moore of Uhrichsville, Rita (James) Griffith of FL, Camilla (Ed) Vasko of FL, Geraldine Colvin of Cambridge, Karl (Connie) Hoop of Freeport and Edna (Gary) Oyer of East Canton; nephews and nieces, Mikey Young, Donnie Walter, Michelle Kimball, Angela Brown and Brooke Boehm. He is preceded in death by a brother, Frank Walter, grandparents, Wilbur and Dorothy Walter, Phillip and Hanna Hoop; aunt, Christa Pitner.
Funeral services will be Thursday Dec. 27th at 2:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Cheryl Kasler officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery. Calling hours will be one hour prior to services on Thursday.
