Raymond E. Scott, Age 81, of Carrollton, died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born Nov. 27, 1933 in Dellroy to Raymond and Helen (Beamer) Scott. He retired from Summitville Tile and is a graduate of Minerva High School.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Russell) Scott, 2 daughters, Christine Scott of Carrollton, Stacie (Joel) Bowman of Minerva, 4 sons, Raymond (Sharon) Scott Jr. of VA, Larry (Debra) Riggle of Carrollton, Raymond Earl (Delores) Scott III of Carrollton and Tracey Scott (Amber Deal) of Carrollton, 3 sisters, Anna Yacklin of Paris, Kathryn Metheny of Fairfax, VA and Darlene Thompson of Manassas, VA, brother, Donald Scott of New Philadelphia, 15 grandchildren, 6 stepgrandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 11 step great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by 2 sisters, Virginia Willison and Carolyn Jordan and a brother, Ralph Scott.

Funeral services will be Monday at 12 noon in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Bill Grimes officiating. Burial will be in Heritage Memorial Gardens. Calling hours will be Sunday 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
