Randy A. Stephens

age 64, of Carrollton passed away Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024, in his home surrounded by his family.  He was born March 8, 1959 in Canton to the late Delbert and Vera (Snyder) Stephens. He worked for Stark Truss for 25 years and was a farmer and worked in construction.  He is a member of the VFW Post #3301 Aux. in Carrollton.  He loved riding motorcycles, deer hunting, fishing, being in the mountains and especially was a family oriented man, who loved playing with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Debra (Whipkey) Stephens whom he married Aug. 29, 1991; 2 sons, Phillip and Charles Stephens of New Philadelphia, Travis Lloyd (Mirhanda) Stephens of Carrollton; daughter, Crystal Ann Myers of Carrollton; 4 sisters, Betty (Rich) Ott of Augusta, Carol (Scott Wickersham) Stephens of Streetsboro, Wendy Pitts of Carrollton, Sandy Stephens of Augusta; 2 brothers, Berry Stephens of Salem, Jason Stephens of Minerva; 2 sisters-in-law and 2 brothers-in-law, Tracy and Greg Carpenter of New Philadelphia, Diana and Tony Carosielli of Zoar; and 7 grandchildren, Aubree, Bridgette, Zoey, Lincoln, Chloe, Aiden and Riley.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be Saturday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Fran Leghart officiating.  Calling hours will be an hour prior to services.  Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
