Peggy L. Pore, age 64, of Carrollton, died Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014 in the Alliance Community Hospital. She was born Dec. 22, 1949 in Salem to Dorothy (Furey) McFadden of Carrollton and the late Howard Dwight McFadden. She worked at Carroll Hills for the Carroll County MRDD for over 10 years. She graduated from Carrollton High School in 1968 and is a member of the Stillfork Presbyterian Church and the Carroll County Democratic Women's Club.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Gerald Pore whom she married Dec. 23, 1972, daughter, Kerri Pore of Carrollton, sister, Kathy (Alan) Miller of Macedonia, 3 brothers, Joseph (Brenda) McFadden of Minerva, John (Sharlene) McFadden of Carrollton and James (Jennifer) McFadden of Wintersville.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva. Burial will be in Augusta Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Wed. 6-8 pm in the funeral home. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
