Peggy J. Gross

Age 83, of Minerva, died Monday, Sept. 27, 2021 in Aultman Hospital.  She was born Aug. 15, 1938 in Fairfield, IL to Gertrude (Mayo) Williamson of Minerva and the late Clarence Williamson. She worked for Rite-Aid in Minerva and the Thomas Drug Store for many years.  She had also worked at the Minerva Quik Shop.  She graduated from Wayne City High School and is a member of the Minerva First Christian Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Gross who died in 1993.  She is survived by a daughter, Janice (Harry) Beaber of Minerva, 2 sons, Michael (LouAnne) Gross of Dellroy, David (Renae) Gross of Robertsville, sister, Debbie Gascon of Minerva, 8 grandchildren, Joshua (Ashley) Gross, Ashley (Richard) Aramouni, Emily (Eric) Vistein, Christopher Gross, Brittainy Gross, Wendy (Tracy) Meese, Adam Gross, Sarah Stalder and 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday at 12 noon in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Michael Gross officiating.  Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.  Calling hours will be one hour prior to services from 11am to noon at the funeral home.
