Paul D. Willman, age 65, of Alliance, died Sunday, May 13, 2012 in Mercy Medical Center. He was born Dec. 22, 1946 in Hollywood, CA to the late George and Mildred (Duncklee) Willman. He worked for many years in the electronic circuit board industry and also for the Los Angeles Times and the Alliance Review. He is a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minerva and the Alliance YMCA.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sandra (Plett) Willman whom he married Sept. 4, 1971; two sisters-in-law, Linda Desmond of Alliance and Nancy (Dan) Detamore of Joshua Tree, CA; mother-in-law, Teresa Plett of Bayfield, CO; cousin, Carolee (Sandy) McCauley of Minerva; dear friend, Alan Huffman of Slidell, LA; and his favorite pets, Muffin, Tiger and Lovey.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held Sat., May 26th at 11:00 am in St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minerva with Pastor Steven Woyen officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
