Patricia (Klingensmith) Guthrie

Age 58, of Malvern, passed away Monday, February 23, 2026. She was born June 25, 1967 in Kittaning, PA to the late Delmar and Elizabeth Irene (Delp) Klingensmith. She was a C&C Operator for Colfor in Minerva for many years and had worked as a Vet. Asst. at the Stark County Humane Society. She graduated from Minerva High School in 1985. She loved spending time with family, spending time in the outdoors, loved all animals and had a real joy for life.

She is survived by Kaleb “Bub” Marteney of Malvern who was like a son to her, 4 sisters, Mary (Thomas) Griffith of Minerva, Corinne Klilngensmith of Alliance, Vicky (Greg) Hein of Robertsville, Ila Klingensmith of Alliance, brother, Bud (Paula) Klingensmith of East Rochester, many nieces and nephews, her best friend and her husband, Rose (Jeremy) Downs of Kensington, her caretaker, Shelly (K.C.) Burns of Minerva and was a Godmother to Tyffani Kirven and her kids, Taylor and Tryniti-Joy Leary. She is preceded in death by her parents, Delmar and Elizabeth Irene Klingensmith.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva. Calling hours will be Saturday from noon to 2 pm at the funeral home.
