Patricia K. Evans

Age 85, of Malvern, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2026 in Aultman Hospital. She was born November 11, 1940 in Minerva to the late Harold “Sparky” and Ida (Schandel) Davies. She is a homemaker and formerly had a beauty shop in Malvern. She graduated from Minerva High School in 1958 and Canton Beauty College. She was active with the Malvern Band Boosters for many years. She was an animal lover and a caregiver and loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Larry Evans whom she married May 12, 1962, 2 sons, Michael Evans of Washington, DC, Steven Evans of Malvern, sister, Linda Miller of Minerva, 2 brothers, Tom (Sally) Davies of Minerva, Kenneth (Judy) Davies of Hartville, 2 grandsons, Ryan and Josh and a great grandson, Trisen.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 8:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Peggy Garner officiating. Calling hours will be 2 hours prior to services from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to your local animal shelter in Patricia’s name.
