Olon H. Dawson
Age 80, of Minerva, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2015 in Aultman Hospital. He was born Sept. 9, 1934 in Green County, PA to Harry and Mary Elizabeth (Garrson) Dawson. He retired from the Timken Company and is a member of the Center Church of the Brethren in Louisville.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rosella (Stout) Dawson whom he married July 8, 1954, 3 daughters; Richelle Forgus of Canton, Diana (Gordon) Wood of FL and Sally (Donald) Gill of Minerva, 2 sons; Lonnie Dawson of East Canton and James (Sheila) Dawson of Malvern, 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date in the Center Church of the Brethren. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
