Norma J. Oberlin
Age 85, of Paris, died Friday, June 17, 2016 in Mercy Medical Center. She was born March 8, 1931 in Canton to Ralph and Clara (Spangler) Rinehart. She retired from Oakhill Manor in Louisville and is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Paris.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Oberlin who died in 1976, and five sisters, Barbara Seery, Margaret Haldeman, Dorothy Harter and 2 infant sisters. She is survived by 2 daughters, Sandra (Terry) Lautzenheiser of Alliance, Sharon McGrath of Canton, 3 sons, Paul (Gail) Oberlin of Louisville, Brian Oberlin of Paris, Lee Oberlin of Minerva, sister, Velma Abraham of Canton, brother, Art Rinehart of Canton, 9 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Sue Rodgers officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery. Calling hours will be one hour prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Paris Food Pantry.
