Ned J. Casale

Age 80, of Alliance, passed away on October 22, 2025, in the Bel Air Care Center in Alliance. He was born on September 27, 1945, in Canton, Ohio to Joseph and Norene (McDowell-Heath) Casale. He graduated from Minerva High School in the 1960's and went on to graduate from Ohio University and the University of Akron's Law School. He passed the Ohio Sate Bar and began his many years of practicing law. First, joining his father's long established law practice Casale & Casale and later as a lawyer for the Malvern Village Council and an assistant prosecutor in Alliance for Judge Robert Lavery. Ned was a US Army veteran and was also a member of the Alliance Elks Lodge.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Pam (Edwards) Casale whom he married on December 27, 1974, and a brother, Chris (Christine) Casale of North Canton. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Casale. He is also survived by a niece, Dr. Tyra (Craig) Mone of Medina; sister-in-law, Linda (John) Beckley of Minerva; Brother-in-law, Joel (Pam) Edwards of Florida as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and longtime friends.

He will be remembered for his kindness and fun-loving spirit as well as his soft-spoken beautiful voice which always found a way to give almost any debate a worthy reason for reconsideration.
