Minnie R. Yutzy

Age 93, of Minerva, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021 in Aultman Alliance Hospital.  She was born Feb. 5, 1928 in Hartville to William and Grace (Sweitzer) Troyer.  She was a housewife and worked as a Home Health Aid.  She is a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Kensington and a former member of the Bayard Grange #1878 and a former member of the Jolly Pilgrims in Marlboro.

She is survived by a son, David Yutzy of Connelly Springs, NC, sister, Mildred (Bill) Norris of Minerva, 2 brothers, John (Shelvy) Troyer of Canton, Russell Troyer of Hanoverton, 2 grandchildren, BreAnna (Matthew) Marin, Ashlynn Yutzy and 3 great grandchildren, Chloe Yutzy, Joe and Layla Marin.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Yutzy, 2 sisters, Mary Amon, Maggie Picknell and 4 brothers, Robert, Ralph, Rolland and Ray Troyer.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Chaplain Larry Karlen officiating.  Burial will be in Werner United Methodist Church Cemetery.  Calling hours will be one hour prior to services from 1-2 pm at the funeral home.  Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
