Milford Hepler, Jr.

Milford Hepler, Jr., age 82, of Minerva, passed away Sun., May 22, 2011 in the Minerva Eldercare Center in Minerva. He was born Oct. 27, 1928 in Salem, OH to Milford and Elva (Sommers) Hepler, Sr. He retired from Aultman Hospital where he worked in housekeeping for 10 years, worked as a machine helper for United Engineering, was a US Air Force Veteran having served in the Korean war and was a 1946 graduate of Salem High School.

He is survived by his wife Gloria (Pennell) Hepler who he married in 1954; 3 daughters, Kathy Becker of Goosecreek, SC, Trish (Jerry) Strait of Robertsville, and Pam (Don) Scott of Minerva; a son, Howard (Tammy) Hepler of Massillon; 2 sisters, Donna Krebs of Salem and Marjorie Fortner of Salem; 2 brothers, Kenneth Hepler of NY and Larry Hepler of NC; 7 grandchildren, Bobby and Tim Becker, Beth Johnson, Brittany and Ronald Parsons , Tyler and Tayler Strait; and 2 great granddaughters, Courtney Johnson and Abby Becker.
