Mildred Ruth Masich

Age 91 of Minerva, died Tuesday, March 9, 2021 in Minerva Healthcare Center. She was born September 12, 1929 in Cambridge, Ohio to Samuel and Bertha (Spencer) Monk. She was a dispatcher for the Minerva Police Dept., worked at Kishman's IGA was a member of Minerva Eagles #2199 And the VFW Ladies Aux. in St. Cloud, FL. She is also a member of the Minerva First Christian Church.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Gram; her husband, George Masich who passed in 2012; a daughter, Tammy Hawkins; 2 sisters, Joy Elton and Jeanne Przybylski; 3 brothers, Sam Monk, Jr., Robert Monk and Charles Monk.

She is survived by a daughter, Tina (Robert) Betz of Minerva; a son, Michael (Eva) Masich of MO; 2 sisters, Ruby McCray and Donna Myers both of Minerva; a granddaughter, Jeanann (Jimmy) Barringer of Mechanicstown; and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at 7:00 p.m. in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Mr. Kenny Thomas officiating. Calling hours will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Following cremation, burial will be in Heritage Memorial Gardens.
