Michael S. Winn

Age 64, of Minerva, passed away, Sunday, Sept. 14, 2025 in Aultman Hospital.  He was born Jan. 26, 1961 in Alliance to the late Francis and Deanna (Nunamaker) Winn. He worked at Complete Installation Services for several years and had worked for Van's Tires in Streetsboro and was a service writer for Aurora Chrysler Dodge and Jeep and several area car dealerships and worked in his younger years for several local farms including Whiteleather and Essick.  He is a member of the Minerva Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. He graduated from Minerva High School in 1980 where he was an exceptional athlete on the football and wrestling teams and still holds some records.  He loved to spend time playing guitar and singing or just watching The Ohio State Buckeyes.

He is survived by his wife, Jean Ann Winn, a son, Robert (Tabitha Kretchmer) Winn of Prescott Valley, AZ, 2 step-daughters, Vicky Jordan of East Liverpool and Dawn Ann Baker/Heffner,  2 brothers and 2 sisters, Greg Winn of Charlotte, NC, Lettie (Joe) Davis of Kensington, Eugina Ward of Moraine, OH, Bill (Denise) Winn of Salem, 7 grandchildren, Sylis, Azari and Lucian Thurston, Faith and Pressley Jordan, Paul Andrew Baker and Dezaray Heffner and good family friend, Jim Hearn.

Funeral services will be Sunday, September 28th at 1:30 p.m. in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Steve Shriver officiating.
