Michael John Wadsworth

Age 63, of Minerva, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025. He was born October 8, 1962, in Canton, OH to John and Kathryn (Herron) Wadsworth. He retired from Kokoku Rubber in Richmond, KY. Mike is a US Navy Veteran where he was an Electronic Technician on the USS Yosemite. He was also a member of the Minerva Methodist church.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Levina (Bryant) Thompson who died Dec. 12, 2018; a sister, Christine Simms; and a brother, Thomas Wadsworth. He is survived by 3 nieces, Denise (Mike) Ward of Salem, Danielle (Mike) Kerner of Waterford, PA, Rachelle (Mike) Watt of Bolivar; a stepdaughter Holly Tussey; and stepson Jason McCreary.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be held November 9th from 1:00-3:00 at the VFW in Minerva. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made in Mike's name to the Minerva VFW Auxiliary or the Minerva Senior Center.
