Melanie Hope

age 34, of Sunrise, FL, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Memorial Hospital in Hollywood, FL. She was born November 19,1989 in Clearwater, FL to the late Mindi (Petros) Hope and the late Alvin Hope. She graduated from New Horizon Academy in Boca Raton, FL and attended Valencia College in Orlando. Melanie was a caring mother, talented cook, and loving niece. She enjoyed expressing herself through hair and makeup.

She is survived by her daughter, Jayla, and her son, Jayden; aunts and uncles, Patricia and Paul Phillips of Boca Raton, FL, Teresa and Jamie Morckel of Canton; Frank and Beth Petros of Twinsburg, Louis and Sandy Petros of Mt. Vernon, John and Debra Petros of Minerva; special cousins Mary Rossi of Wellington, FL and Jonathan Phillips of Jacksonville, FL.
