Meda E. Earl

Age 101, of Leetonia, died Aug. 16, 2017 in the Truman House in New Philadelphia. She was born July 5, 1916 in Salineville to John and Rose Randolph. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Salineville Church of Christ. She loved playing bingo, baking, being with her family and watching the hummingbirds.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Earl Sr. who died in 1988; 2 sons, Kenneth Earl and Joseph Earl, Jr.; 7 sisters and brothers, Irene, Mary, Helen, Martha, Freddy, Henry and Ray.  She is survived by 2 daughters, Bonie Kerns of Leetonia and Linda Logan of Carrollton; 4 sons, Ronald Earl of FL, John (Karen) Earl of Negley, Richard (Ruth) Earl of PA, Paul (Rose) Earl of Columbiana; 28 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren, and 33 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 12:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home with Kirt Henman officiating. Burial will be in the Woodland Cemetery in Salineville. Calling hours will be 10-12 prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
