Maxine B. Gram
Age 95, of Navarre and formerly Bolivar, died Sat., Sept. 10, 2016. She was born Jan. 22, 1921 in Gnadenhutton to William and Emma (Knowles) Hooker. She was a housewife, member of the Paris Israel Church, 70 year member of the Robertsville Grange and a member of the Ohio Wagon Train.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Earl Gram to whom she was married Jan. 24, 1942, died Feb. 28, 2009, 4 sisters and 4 brothers, Margaret Boles, Gertie Henary, Florence Gram, Alice Robinson, Bill, Gene, Bob and Joe Hooker. She is survived by 2 daughters, Joyce (Tom) Harkless of Dellroy and Bonnie (Terry) Klick of Richville, 2 sisters-in-law, Rosemary (Delbert) Nugent, Marie (Glen) Gram, 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:30 in the Richville United Church of Christ with Rev. Will Stuart and Rev. Alan Lamb officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:30 am prior to services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Paris Israel Church.
