Mary Ann Sanor

age 85, of Kensington, died Sat., March 24, 2018 in her home. She was born May 7, 1932 in Moultrie to Alfred and Marjorie (Pryor) Riesen. She was an assembler for PCC Airfoils in Minerva for 34 years. She attended Damascus Friends Church.  She loved baking and was known for her cinnamon rolls.  She had a heart of gold and always made everyone feel like family. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray V. Sanor who died in 2000, 5 sisters, Rose Schrader, Thelma Wise, Barbara Floor, Patricia Wickline and Carol Riesen, 5 brothers, Richard, Bruce, Jim, Jerry and Bill. She is survived by 2 sons, John (Elizabeth) Sanor of Salem, Dennis (Susan) Sanor of Oil Springs, KY, 3 daughters, Marjorie Klemann (Sonny Boyle) of Hanoverton, Gloria (Dennis) Willmarth of Kensington, Tina (Randy) Weber of North Benton, niece, Sandy (Lee) Zehentbauer of Hanoverton, sister, Kathy (Steve) Perkins of East Rochester, 18 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Rick Brendlinger officiating. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday 6-9 pm at the funeral home. The family would like to thank Pat Youree and Diane Seely for all of their wonderful care over mom's illness. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Valley.
