Martha Jane Brunk
Age 87, of Minerva, died Thursday, March 14, 2013 in St. Joseph's Care Center in Louisville. She was born Aug. 13, 1925 in Mineral City to Martin and Minnie (Bowman) Rohrer. She was a housewife.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Lyman Frank Brunk who died in 1995; 2 children, Penny Wilson and Doug Brunk; a brother, Glennwood Rohrer and a son-in-law, Ray Houyouse. She is survived by 10 children, Carol Wise of Crooksville, Pam (Glenn) Gentry of Bolivar, Beverly (Carl) Hawkins of Minerva, Laurie Houyouse of Minerva, Linda Brunk of Louisville, Kim (Jeff) Maurer of Minerva, Lyman Brunk of Sandyville, Dan (Karen) Brunk of Carrollton, Tim Brunk of IN and Mike Brunk of Massillon; several grandchildren including a special granddaughter, Sieara Beitel; several great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
A private burial was held at Liberty Cemetery. There are no formal services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Stark County Humane Society.
