Mark W. Oldfield

Age 70, of Minerva, died Feb. 20, 2019. He was born Feb. 4, 1949 in in St. Mary's West Virginia to Ronald and Nellie (Grimes) Oldfield. He retired from Hercules Fence in Canton.

He is survived by his wife, Betty (Wisenbarger) Oldfield, 2 sons, Mark Oldfield Jr. of Minerva, Adam Oldfield of Minerva, 2 sisters, Martha Degreef of Louisville, Gay Miller of Baltic, brother, Eugene Downing of Canton, 3 grandchildren, Jackie Hall, Richard Hall III and David "D.J." Evanitcka. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Evanitcka, sister, Wanda Alflen and 2 brothers, Charles and Carl Oldfield.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 12 noon in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Chaplain Larry Karlen officiating. Calling hours will be Saturday from 11 am to 12 noon prior to services.
