Marian R. Cocos

Age 86, of Minerva, died Tues. Feb. 7, 2017 in Canterbury Villa of Alliance. She was born January 23, 1931 in Malvern to Homer and Mary (Eckley) Clark. She worked at the Canton Repository and retired from Timken, TRW and Allstate Canning. She graduated from Minerva High school.

She is preceded in death by her Husband, Alvin Cocos who passed away, June 23, 2004; a son, Kerry Cocos, 2 sisters, Zelda Virginia Geiselman, Beatrice White; 2 brothers, Roy Clark, Robert Clark; and 2 granddaughters, Keri and Lydia Cocos. She is survived by a son, Kevin (Joy) Cocos of Minerva; 2 grandchildren, Kyle Cocos and Katie Cocos, both of Minerva; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor John Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Calling hours will be 10-12 Saturday, prior to the funeral service.
