Mabel A. Lilley, age 82, of Minerva, died Wed., Oct. 23, 2013 in the Alliance Community Hospital. She was born Dec. 26, 1930 in Moundsville, WV to Floyd and Alma (Dunlap) McCoy. She had worked for Violet Ray Cleaners in Alliance for 20 years and Peacock Cleaners.

She is survived by 3 daughters, Linda (Tony) Confalone of Canton, Barbara (Randall) Seibert of Minerva and Ruth (Larry) Mangus of East Rochester; a sister, Betty McCoy; 13 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her companion, Gene Barnes; a daughter, Betty Ward; son, James Lilley, Jr.

Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Joseph Ertl officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours will be Sunday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Caring Hands or Minerva Community Meals.
