Lloyd D. Daugherty

Age 76, of Minerva, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022 in his home surrounded by his family.  He was born Oct. 8, 1945 in Graysville, OH to the late Ralph and Edna (Gibbons) Daugherty. He retired from the Timken Company after 31 years of service.  He is a former member of the Minerva Eagles Aerie #2199.

He is survived by his wife, Reba (Norris) Daugherty whom he married June 24, 1972; daughter, Tiffany Daugherty of Minerva; 7 brothers and sisters, Herbert and Ron Daugherty both of Woodsfield, Mary Kay Scott of Woodsfield, Gary Daugherty of Canton, Edward Daugherty of Canton and Jim Daugherty of Mineral City and Keith Daugherty of Woodsfield; 2 grandchildren, Dillon and Desiree Daugherty; a great grandson, Eli Daugherty and numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. He is preceded in death by a grandson, David Daugherty and 6 brothers and sisters, Paul, Bonnie, Donna and Evelyn Daugherty, Doris Francis and Reba Nalley.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 4:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with rev. Fredrick Bays officiating.  Calling hours will be 2 hours prior to services from 2-4 pm at the funeral home.
