Lee Albert Elkins, age 75, of Carrollton, died Friday, July 18, 2014. He was born April 24, 1939 in Canton to Albert and Lelah Mae (Eick) Elkins. He retired from the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation where he was a road inspector. He graduated from Carrollton High School and is a member of the Carroll Lodge #124 F&AM, Scottish Rite, Valley of Canton and attended car shows with his 1956 Ford.

He is survived by his special friend, Julia Ann Straley of Brewster and many cousins.

Funeral services and Masonic Services will be Tuesday July 29th at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Calling hours will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll County Geneological Society or the charity of your choice.
