Lawrence A. Park

Age 84, of Minerva, died Sunday, April 19, 2020 in Canterbury Villa in Alliance. He was born April 17, 1936 in Pennsylvania to Glen and Wilma (Rhome) Park. He was a millwright for Transue and Williams in Alliance and was a member of the Mt. Zion Church of God in Minerva.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon (Beck) Park who died in 2016 and a sister, Erma Leonard and a granddaughter. He is survived by 4 daughters, Lynne (Ricky) Kight of GA, Juanita (Don) Taylor of Lisbon, Sandy (Keith) Evans of Hanoverton, Michelle (Fred) Lowe of GA, 2 sons, Michael (Sarah) Russo of Minerva, Alan Griffith of WV, 2 sisters, Kay (John) Oprandi of Alexandria, Ruth (Diane) Hoover of Bowerston, 2 brothers, Rex (Debbie) Stout of TN, Terry Stout of Myrtle Beach, SC, 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a sister, Erma Leonard and a  brother, Ralph Stout.

Funeral services were held in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Roger Dulaney officiating. Burial was in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
