Lawrence F. Norton, Jr.

Age 71, of East Rochester, died Friday, August 9, 2019. He was born September 23, 1947 in East Rochester to Lawrence Sr. and Leona (Brenner) Norton. He owned Norton Maintenance and Construction.

He is survived by his wife, Darla (Capone) Norton whom he married November 20, 1964; a daughter, Missy (Mel) Groom of East Rochester; 2 sons, Kristopher (Leslie) Norton of Dellroy, Larry Norton of East Rochester; 5 sisters, Mary Ellen (John) Finnegin of East Rochester, Betty (Jan) Parker of East Rochester, LeAnn (Don) Meyers of East Canton, Louise Norton of Minerva, Mickey Norton of Minerva; a brother, Bill (Donna) Norton of Jewett; 5 grandchildren, Chadd, Mikey, Tyler, Taylor, Hannah; 4 step grandchildren, Hailey, Roxanne, Callie and Luke; many nieces and nephews, best friends, Paul, Dan, Terry, Jim and his dog Axel.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home with Fr. Victor Cinson officiating. Calling hours will be held one hour prior to the service 10-11.
